Tips on Placing Backgrounds

Now it doesn't matter what resolution is used to view this page, it will look good no matter what.

You can use the buttons in the 1st column as seen here, to create a menu instead of having them in the center of your page as usual.

Now that you know how do set up your page in this manner, you can do it with any side border background, you just have to adjust the size of the "clear.gif" to match the border.
